Also cutting down my cheese intake to 2 times a week (SO FREAKING HARD!!!!)

Little bit cliche….

New year’s resolution….

lost weight.

Goal weight is 130 lbs and 29% body fat.

Starting weight 163.8 lbs and 34% body fat.

I am 5’4” so it is a healthy goal.
